In these times of increasing uncertainty and rising complexity, it’s even more critical that we double-down on our investment in:

UpLevel Leadership Academy (a division of UpLevel People Partners) was founded in June 2020 to offer people, team and leadership development at scale.

elan Bailey

elan Bailey (small e is intentional) works with organizations to design, facilitate and coach leaders and teams to evoke transformational leadership, adaptive performance and breakthrough results. elan is an inspired catalyst with a big vision, broad and integrated business experience and a deep understanding of how to bring out the best in people. She has a master’s degree in Leadership and Organization Development and 12 years experience as a designer, facilitator and coach of transformational learning and people development programs.
